The grapes are destemmed and then transferred to stainless steel tanks, where fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures with selected yeasts. During this process, pump-overs are performed to enhance extraction, followed by a natural malolactic fermentation combined with a post-fermentation maceration. The result is wines with good body, concentration, and smoothness.

Red in color with violet hues. On the nose, red fruits stand out. On the palate, it shows soft tannins with a pleasant finish.
