    100% Cabernet Sauvignon

    Alc. 13,8%

  • Origin

    Perdriel-Agrelo, Luján de Cuyo

    Mendoza

  • Soil

Sandy-loam stony soils, well-drained, low in organic matter

    Alt. 950 msnm

    16 – 18 °C

The grapes are destemmed and then transferred to stainless steel tanks, where fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures with selected yeasts. During this process, pump-overs are performed to enhance extraction, followed by a natural malolactic fermentation combined with a post-fermentation maceration. The result is wines with good body, concentration, and smoothness.

Attractive deep purple-red color with cherry reflections, showing a depth that hints at its intensity. On the nose, it is elegant, with aromas of ripe black fruits, hints of black pepper, and roasted bell peppers. Alcohol and acidity are in balance, allowing the varietal’s typical fruitiness to shine. A well-structured wine, broad and firm on the finish.

A great match for red meats, pasta with mildly seasoned sauces, and aged cheeses.
