The grapes are destemmed and then transferred to stainless steel tanks, where fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures with selected yeasts. During this process, pump-overs are performed to enhance extraction, followed by a natural malolactic fermentation combined with a post-fermentation maceration. The result is wines with good body, concentration, and smoothness.

Deep purple-red color, intense and full. On the nose, red fruits such as blackberry and plum stand out in full varietal expression, along with soft notes of vanilla. On the palate, it is a wine with smooth, gentle tannins that preserve the fruit. A Malbec with finely integrated tannins, making it elegant and balanced.

Ideal to pair with sauced or grilled red meats, lamb brochettes, stuffed pasta, and aged cheeses.
