During crushing, the grapes are destemmed and then fermented at moderate temperatures of around 25°C for approximately 10 days. Once fermentation is complete, the wine is racked to allow for a controlled natural malolactic fermentation. The result is young, fresh wines with fruity aromas, a smooth structure, and a pleasant palate.

Ruby red color with violet notes. Fruity, fresh, and subtly spiced aromas. Pleasant red fruit flavors on the palate with balanced acidity.

A great match for empanadas, grilled meats, and semi-aged cheeses.
