During crushing, the grapes are destemmed and then fermented at moderate temperatures of around 25°C for approximately 10 days. Once fermentation is complete, the wine is racked to allow for a controlled natural malolactic fermentation. The result is young, fresh wines with fruity aromas, a smooth structure, and a pleasant palate.
Intense red color with violet hues. Aromas reminiscent of blackberries, cherries, and ripe plums. Balanced, with soft and sweet tannins.
A great match for red meats, fresh pasta such as tagliatelle, and hand-cut beef empanadas.
