Harvest takes place when the grapes reach optimal sugar and acidity levels. They are carefully selected and gently pressed to obtain a high-quality must, which is then transferred to stainless steel tanks for fermentation with selected yeasts. This process lasts approximately 12 days and is carried out at low temperatures (14 to 16 °C) to preserve the characteristic aromas of the grape. A fresh, smooth, and youthful wine.

Pale yellow color with bright greenish reflections. This wine is distinguished by floral and fruity aromas such as orange blossom and white peach, along with citrus notes and subtle herbs that enhance its personality. On the palate, beyond its persistence and elegance, there’s a sense of balance between sweetness and just the right acidity, offering freshness and inviting you to keep enjoying it.

A great match for blue cheeses, nuts, and desserts such as fruit tarts. Ideal as an aperitif or as a base for cocktails.
