Careful grape selection and manual harvest of each grape at its optimal ripeness. Once in the winery, the grapes are gently destemmed and pressed at low pressure to obtain a high-quality free-run juice. Fermentation of each varietal takes place in small stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures between 14 and 17°C, aiming for a wine with varietal freshness and enhanced fruit and aromatic character.

This wine presents a pale yellow color with greenish tones and silver highlights — bright and attractive. It offers an intense aromatic palette with aromas reminiscent of fresh herbs, white and stone fruits, and citrus. On the palate, it has a well-balanced texture, refreshing acidity, and good body. Long finish with an excellent aftertaste. Modern and wild.

Fish, seafood, sushi, poultry, salads, cheeses and cold cuts, pasta with creamy sauces, vegetables, risotto, and spiced or spicy dishes.
