Fermentation and post-fermentation maceration take place in small vessels with controlled temperatures ranging between 25°C and 28°C. Throughout the fermentative process, pump-overs and delestages are performed to maintain contact between the solid and liquid phases, achieving greater extraction and concentration. Natural malolactic fermentation follows.

Intense red color with violet reflections. On the nose, it is very expressive, with a prominent aroma of red fruits. On the palate, it is gentle with a hint of maturity — slightly spicy and voluptuous, with a noticeable acidity and oak emerging toward the finish.

A great match for tomato-based pasta dishes, lentil stews, and Mediterranean bruschettas.
