Each component is received at the winery sheltered from the sun. The grapes are then destemmed and sent to a pneumatic press, where the first must is obtained at low pressure. This is transferred to a stainless steel tank, where it naturally clarifies through cold settling. Fermentation of the clean must takes place in stainless steel for 20 days at 16°C with selected yeasts. Once alcoholic fermentation is complete, the wine is racked and kept in contact with its fine lees until the final blending and bottling. A fresh, young wine.

Straw yellow color with greenish tones. Bright appearance. On the nose: fresh and fruity, with notes reminiscent of pear and pineapple. Elegant. On the palate, it is balanced, with well-integrated acidity, a fresh entry, and a pleasant, persistent finish.

A great match for grilled white meats and fresh salads.
