    Perdriel-Agrelo, Luján de Cuyo

    Mendoza

  • Soil

    Deep clay loam.

    Alt. 900 msnm

  • Serving Temperature

    16 – 18 °C

The grapes are received at the winery, carefully destemmed, and then transferred to stainless steel tanks, where fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures with selected yeasts. During fermentation, pump-overs are performed to enhance the extraction of all the components from the skins, followed by a natural malolactic fermentation combined with a post-fermentation maceration. The result is a typical wine with good structure on the palate and present tannins, offering a long and pleasant finish.

Intense and bright red color with violet hues. It presents aromas of ripe red fruits fresh, spicy, and intense. Complex, with structure and present tannins; round, smooth, and elegant, with a long, pleasant, and persistent finish.

A great match for red meats, pasta with mildly seasoned sauces, and aged cheeses.
