The grapes are received at the winery under carefully controlled temperatures. They are then destemmed, cooled, and transferred to stainless steel tanks, where fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures between 25 and 28°C with selected yeasts. During this process, pump-overs are performed to enhance the extraction of aromas and color, followed by a natural malolactic fermentation combined with a light post-fermentation maceration. The resulting wine shows fresh aromas of medium to high intensity, with an elegant palate and well-balanced acidity.

Red color with violet hues, intense and bright. Aromas of fresh red fruits, floral and expressive. Pleasant and sweet on the palate, with good body, ripe tannins, and a well-rounded mid-palate. Harmonious, with a long finish and a pleasant aftertaste.

Ideal to pair with sauced or grilled red meats, lamb brochettes, stuffed pasta, and aged cheeses.
