Careful grape selection. Each grape is harvested at its optimal ripeness and, once in the winery, is gently destemmed to avoid significant damage to the berries and skins. Fermentation takes place in small stainless steel tanks and vats at controlled temperatures between 24 and 27°C, aiming for a wine with varietal freshness, enhanced fruit expression, and aromatic character.
This wine presents an intense red color with brilliant violet tones — bright and attractive. It offers an intense aromatic palette reminiscent of violets, fresh red fruits, and subtle oak notes. On the palate, it enters sweetly, with well-balanced body and structure, good length, and round tannins. Luscious and floral.
A great match for traditional Argentine grilled meats, stuffed pasta, and aged cheeses.
